Belter Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Belter (“we”, “us”) collects, how we collect it, how we use it, and the third-party AI services we share it with to create your content. Questions? Email support@vibeo.ink.

1. Information we collect and how

We collect:

Account details — your name and email, provided by Apple when you use Sign in with Apple.
Content you submit for generation — text prompts, lyrics, songs you create, voice recordings, and photos you provide directly in the app.
Usage & purchases — your credit balance and in-app purchase records.

We do not collect data from other sources and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

2. How we use your data

We use your data only to: generate the music, covers, and videos you request; operate your account, subscription, and credit balance; provide support; and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Third-party AI services we share data with

To produce your content, we send the material you provide to the following third-party AI processors, who use it solely to deliver their service to us:

ElevenLabs — receives your text prompts, lyrics, generated songs, and voice recordings, to generate music and convert vocals.
Replicate — receives your voice recordings, to re-sing tracks in a custom voice.
fal.ai — receives your photo, to create AI performance videos.
Supabase — hosts our backend, database, storage, and authentication.

These providers act as our processors: they process your data only to provide their service to us, do not use it for their own advertising, and are contractually required to protect it to a standard at least equivalent to this policy. We ask for your permission inside the app before sharing this data with them, and you can decline.

4. Voice & photo data

Voice recordings and photos are treated as sensitive. They are processed to create your requested output and are not used to train general-purpose AI models or for advertising.

5. Data retention & your rights

We keep your content and account data while your account is active. You can delete individual items in the app, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, or export your data — contact us to exercise them.

6. Children

Belter is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the date above when we do.
